Amazon Seller Support VA: Case ID Management Support Help + Excel Flat File Creation

hi, my name is Evan, I sell physical products on Amazon like housewares, health supplements, and decor items.

I am looking for someone who has:

- Worked with an Amazon Seller Central account before
- Experienced with excel and can create flat files according to Amazon. If you don't know how to do this you will have to learn.

You MUST have exceptional attention to detail. You should be super ---------- should come naturally to you that you are this way.


Your tasks would be mostly:

- Creating new Case ID's with Seller Central support whenever I need an issue with Amazon resolved. I don't personally have the time to do this myself so I need someone who will take the calls from amazon, monitor the cases, and then follow up with the details.

- create excel flat files to upload new products or update existing products on amazon. This requires complete accuracy as it will affect my entire product listings. You must be familiar with Amazon's standards.


Right now I have a bit of a backlog of items I need done. So at first you will be very busy with many hours until we complete the backlog. After that it will be ongoing work whenever I need either a case resolved with Amazon or a new flat file done.

Please tell me examples of your experience dealing with Amazon customer support in the past as well as your history with excel.
