Customer Service Phone/Email Assistant

DO NOT CONTACT ANYONE IN THE COMPANY. WE ARE REPLACING SOMEBODY!.

We are a small company with 5 ecommerce sites ( ---------- , ---------- , ---------- , ---------- , ---------- ). In addition, we have an Amazon Store as well as Walmart.

This is an independent position with minimal oversight. This is perfect for someone who does not want to work for a big company and not just be another employee.

Basic Responsibilities
Check all emails, take phone calls, answer chats, Facebook messages, and listen to any voice mails through Freshdesk. For each non-spam email, put notes in the customer service system and respond to any Customer Service Requests.
