Young America is seeking to fill our content manager position with an enthusiastic, career-minded individual. This position is responsible for developing the voice for all aspects of the organization's online presence. In addition to writing, editing and proofreading content for our organization, content manager will also work closely with the sales and marketing team and technical team to maintain site standards with regard to new development. Content manager will also be responsible for crafting site promotions, email newsletters and online outreach campaigns.

THIS IS NOT A POSITION FOR WRITING ARTICLES TO BOOST WEBSITE GOOGLE RANKING. WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN PUT CREATIVITY INTO WORDS.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Create interesting blog post
2. Create newsletters
3. Prepare press release for product launch
4. Craft site promotion content
5. Craft social media content
6. Craft product description
7. Craft infographics
8. Craft video, audio, slideshow content
9. Organize data
10. Assist sales & marketing team in market research project and ads creation
11. Work with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties
12. Track and report on all site metrics

and some other tasks that will impact the growth of our business.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. Creative mind with exceptional communication and organizational skills
2. Advanced knowledge of HTML and experience with popular content management systems
3. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
4. Basic Adobe Photoshop skills
5. Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
6. Experience managing content and production for high traffic websites
7. Ability to prepare video, audio, slideshow content
8. Team player
9. Hardworking
10. Punctual
11. Detail-oriented
12. Fast and reliable internet connection. If you have a back up internet source, it will be a plus.
13. Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing or a related field
14. Able to work 40 hours/week
15. WILLING TO WORK IN USA EASTERN TIME
