Seeking an Energetic Lead Generator and Appointment Setter (B2B)

Thank you for taking the time to read our ad. We are a startup looking to add a new member to our team. Specifically we are looking for someone to take over lead generation and appointment setting work so that we can focus on running the business. You will be joining a small family company with a team that has been on the internet running various businesses since the late 90s. We believe in treating our employees right, and only ask the same in return.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone to come and help with our B2B lead generation and appointment setting. You work from home on a full time basis for 40 hours per week contacting and emailing various businesses that may need our service. We will train you on how to generate the lists to help increase your commissions. In support of your sales efforts the successful candidate will be provided with a set of scripts summarizing company products.

Responsible individual must be detailed oriented and can make notes in our CRM system. Must be self-motivated. To work from home you will need an internet connection for the ability to access our CRM system from home. You will need to have Skype to communicate with.

Compensation:

For compensation we can do a monthly salary + sales commission, or a commission only option. In the case of commission only the commission percent would be much higher. You will be credited not only with sales that you close, but also with leads you generate and that we close together as a team.
Note: If you are open to also making calls to help close the sales instead of just generating the leads and setting appointments by email, we are open to that and the commission will be higher for that.
