Wordpress Designer/Developer with graphic design skills

I need someone with the following skills:

Wordpress development
Website, graphic and logo design

You will be required to handle the installation and customisation of wordpress for several new websites. This includes making design changes to the theme, and creating some graphics such as logos, icons, buttons, etc.

This is an hourly job, but if I feel a provider is not recording billable hours honestly I will cancel the contract. Please do not apply if you plan to work or are currently working on other projects.
