JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to assist us with testing a 6 week pilot project. You will be responsible for contacting and having a 5 minute conversation with 6-30 pilot program clients every day via WhatsApp. This project requires NO COLD CALLING. All of our pilot participants will be expecting to speak with the Coordinator. We will provide you with a script for the conversation to guide you and make the call easy and efficient. You will record data received during the brief conversation into a GoogleDoc. THAT'S IT!!!

The right person will be very comfortable with talking to customers; possess good English speaking skills; must have an energetic and positive personality; and accurate data entry skills.

The pilot project will run for 6 weeks (January 20th through February 28th) and has the potential to turn into a longer project or opportunity for additional projects in the future.
