JOB OVERVIEW

Gobe Interactive is a boutique healthcare marketing agency that develops marketing and software solutions for medical practices, medical associations, pharma, and medical device companies. From amazing booth traffic programs and convention lead capture to marketing websites & event apps, digital products, educational technology software, professional photography, we create simple, engaging, high impact solutions for our client.

We are seeking a full-time sales, marketing, customer support, and admin professional to join our team. Mostly based on 9 am -5 pm fully or partially on US based hours, Eastern Standard Time. We are a small company, friendly and passionate about what we do. With an all hands on deck work environment, you'll be challenged to bring your skills and continue to hone your capabilities.

We also have a new online community that we're very excited about that will help doctors and office managers on the business side of their practice, providing articles, news, experts, and resources to get things done more efficiently and profitably.

We need a professional that has experience in sales/marketing, telemarketing, customer support, and admin support.

Primary responsibilities:

1. Outbound --calling and emailing US optometry offices. Calls include asking them to sign up for a FREE account and to download a free resource. This is to encourage new sign ups to our website and no payment required.

2. Online research and data gathering-- acquiring optometry practice emails, addresses, and phone numbers.

3. You'll also be assisting in research and primarily email outreach to new consultants that would want to be listed in our expert directory.

4. Social Media Management posts and responses. You'll work hand in hand with our team to support, moderate, and post new content on our social media.

5. Live Chat support through our website.

6. Please be very effective at lead generation and building lists, using Linkedin, cross referencing on Google, etc.

7. Posting articles/basic SEO tasks

MUST HAVES:

> Microsoft Office
> English fluency in verbal communication/writing and strong accent reduction.
> Proper home office set-up, including fast computer, fast internet, phone, headset, printer/scanner.
