Hiring CREATIVE & flexible video editor for FB ads, Youtube ads, Youtube vids, etc.

Please do NOT apply without sending creative examples beyond typical ecommerce videos. I need somebody who thinks creatively, not only copies a popular style.

Please specifically reference that you read this, and understand I need somebody creative, not just copying typical ecommerce square ads (although there may be some of that). The right person must be a creative thinker, not just editing that copies a common style.

I'm looking for a very flexible video to work on an hourly basis for my marketing agency, clients, and software companies.

Please send me something very creative & flashy, like Kevin Anson videos, not just typical ecommerce video ads.

You must have fantastic communication, be able to match existing design work, and also come up with original ideas.

Ideally you've have experience creating social videos like Gary Vaynerchuk with the header/progress bar/captions, and also flashy short-form ads, Facebook ads, pinterest ads, youtube ads, etc. as well as being able to learn new styles based on content we provide, such as learning the style of Kevin Anson (look him up, I also have his course).

When applying, please include specific examples of a variety of styles of social & ads videos.

This will start out as hourly project work, but as you are successful, has the potential to increase to a more consistent part time or full time capacity after proven as a quality and flexible editor, as well as a great communicator and team player.
