I am looking for a Customer Service Rep who has experience in the hospitality industry to start ASAP. Knowledge of corporate housing relocations is a huge bonus but not required. The shift for this position is 8 am to 6 (San Antonio, TX time) for you it would be 9 pm to 7 am which is the overnight position. The pay rate will be $4 dollars an hour with the option to move up after 30 days of steady employment. This is a serious position so only serious inquiries please. I need some one who is fully committed and who is looking for long term Upgrade to see actual info distractions, no last minute changes wanted. Basically we partner with corporate housing nationwide to handle all their needs from move in to move out. Things like Inceptions, cleaning the units, cable wait, errand runs and more. Of course I would provide you with more details of each job later in the process. What I am looking for is someone who can screen all my emails and phone calls, book all jobs that are needed by finding a rep in the area that is needed using thumbtack and google and other search engines. Sometimes the jobs come in last minute some times we get them in advancement. This comes along with knowledge of all the time zones in America, having a home base office set up where you will need to have a printer to print out orders as you fill this, using google calendar and you must also be able to speak english well in order for better communication with my clients. We have a lot of clients across the board and the job is very detail oriented and requires concentration and focus. One little mistake or one appointment missed could cause our company damaged.
