Podcast editor

I'm looking for a podcast editor to edit 2 episodes a week (8 episodes a month). My podcast has been ongoing since 2018 and I've been editing it myself. Each episode is around 30-40 minutes long and the raw files come slightly longer.

Each episode goes out every Monday and Thursday, so the edited audio file for Monday needs to be ready by the Saturday before and the edited audio file needs to be ready by Tuesday for approval.

The job process is:
- I will send you the raw audio of me and my guest (sometimes just me) that are recorded on separate tracks
- Remove background noise and hum
- Remove filter words like ums and uhs
- Remove breathing sounds
- Improve audio quality especially for some guests with bad microphone
- Adjust volume so that both tracks are at the same level
- Edit parts that are lagging due to internet connection issues to make them sound smoother (interviews are conducted on Zoom)
- Edit certain parts (remove words or sentences) to make the podcast sound more smooth (when necessary). This is commonly done for the host's audio track.
- Add my pre-recorded intro and outro (same intro and outro for all episodes unless informed otherwise)
- Place edited podcast in a dedicated Google Drive folder for my approval
