Cute Little Fuckers is looking for talented queer folks to join the team! Cute Little Fuckers strives to make sexual expression accessible and gender inclusive. We make high quality gender inclusive toys shaped like cute monsters, we make fun and free sex ed webcomics, and we hire trans & disabled people excluded from labor laws. Our founder is gender fluid and disabled artist activist and entrepreneur based in California, USA, but this project is going global! These positions are remote positions and full time positions. Salary negotiable based on experience and portfolio! Priority will be given to trans and disabled applicants. There is a two weeks paid trial for applicants before full hire.

Social Media Content Creator

Responsibilities

Brainstorming of new content ideas
Work alongside with technical marketing employee to ensure that content created are appealing.
Be able to create meme content and other graphics to engage audience
Track current global trends and keep up with news to aid meme content creation
Managing the creative side of social media pages and posting on them such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, FetLife, Reddit and others
Writing newsletters and other updates, including engaging with audience
Editing videos (basic video editing) when required
Sharing creative content with online communities across the web

Qualifications

Be able to communicate and write in excellent English
Strong writing skills required with impeccable spelling and grammar
Be a team player and enjoys teamwork, willing to go the extra mile to communicate with a remote team
Creative thinker
Have former experience with content creation
Be detailed-orientated
Have time management skills and be able to drive projects independently
Huge plus if you have creative skills to make comics
Must have basic graphic design and video editing knowledge
Must have decent internet for meetings as this position is remotely based and ability to attend regular video calls
Prior experiences with queer projects is a plus, aligned interest with our mission and queer activism is a huge plus
