Full Time PHP / WordPress Back End Developer

We're looking for an enthusiastic WordPress / PHP developer to join our growing team at ---------- for a full-time position. The ideal candidate needs to be able to conceptualise, plan, and build well-tested software using WordPress (i.e plugins), works well in a team environment, and has solid communication skills.

Nice-to-have skills (but not mandatory) include understanding and applying modern programming practices to your work – Composer, PSR, Unit Testing, XDebug, Git ---------- would also be helpful if you had experience in project management. But most importantly, the selected candidate will be very motivated to regularly learn and grown their knowledge, and adapt to the team's existing development pipeline.

The remote-work position is full-time – 9am-5:30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time. The salary is negotiable (based on your experience) and our allocated budget is between PHP 15-35K per month.

Along with your salary, the selected candidate for the position will receive the following benefits:
- 13th Month Pay Bonus
- 12 Days Annual Leave, accrued monthly, to a maximum of 24 days

- 15 Days Paid Leave for Philippine Holidays

- Guaranteed two days off weekly (Saturday and Sunday)
- Up to 1.5 hours of breaks per day for lunch and morning / afternoon tea
- Once a week, start or finish the day 1 hour later/earlier than usual so you can look after physical / mental health.
