You must have:
1. Relevant experience working for a fast moving products account in a call/contact center and/or shared services environment.
2. Some Sales experience is a Must
3. Excellent at dealing with irate customers
4. Reliable internet - with minimum 4 Mbps wired internet connection
5. Must have a headset with noise-canceling feature
6. Computer with at least 2 GB RAM
7. Noise-free work environment/background
8. Flexible schedule
9. Great English
10. Willing to start with 20-25 hours weekly
