• Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements, implementing changes.
• Ensures operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
• Coordinates arrangements for meetings such as room reservations, online training, catering and etc.
• Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
• Works closely with other administrative support staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Development of company policies and procedures
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Answers internal and external questions and requests quickly and appropriately.
• Takes staff & broad meeting minute’s drafts company resolution for secretary approval, signature and seal.
• Must be coachable & teachable to innovative method and ideas. Not interested in what or how you use to do something!!!
• Must be self-starter needing minimal instructions, retain instructions to train others, have very good time management skills, organized with attention to details!!!
• Ready to start part time with the ability to move into a fulltime growth position
