We are looking for highly motivated individuals interested in growth to join our management track in the Customer Service Department.

The Customer Service Representative is focused on providing phone support for our clients involved in the settlement process answering any general inquiries, addressing problems, and/or concerns. A typical day for a Customer Service Representative consists of making and answering inbound and outbound calls, emails and online requests for information, as well as maintaining a rapport with our client base.

Responsibilities
- Receive and work warm leads from interested clients
- Manage CRM pipeline and schedule to maximize consulting opportunities
- Empathize with clients to make sure you understand their situation and the advice and solutions that is appropriately suited for them.

Qualifications
- A hunger for success, positive and mature attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Strong listening skills with a focused empathetic and consultative ear.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment
- Experience using excel/word
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- MUST be proficient in English
- Comfortable on multitasking
- This Customer Service Representative position is both an entry-level and experienced opportunity.
