JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a tech-savvy marketing and customer service representative with some great data entry skills as well. This position has four main duties:

1. Customer support - managing and completing customer support requests
2. Customer setup - managing and completing new customer onboarding and setup
3. Weekly marketing duties - posting social media graphics and blog posts, uploading and sending postcards online, compiling and sending email newsletters
4. Managing customers' CRM - data entry, cleaning duplicate records, importing and exporting data

** You will NOT be required to write blog posts, design social graphics, or design and write email newsletters. You will only be asked to use pre-designed templates to change out words and photos. **

For support and setup, you will have documented procedures for every task with screenshots and videos.

Here is a list of the majority of the tasks you will be doing:

* Monitoring customer support inbox and completing customer requests as they come in
* Taking edited videos and posting them to YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram/IGTV
* Cropping customer photos and posting them to YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
* Scheduling social media content in Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
* Uploading postcard designs and mailing lists into customer accounts and completing postcard orders
* Making edits to customer's WordPress websites such as adding employees, adding testimonials, adding pages, etc.
* Following a setup procedure to set up new customer websites, email accounts, email templates, and social media accounts
* Creating monthly tasks in our project manager, Airtable
* Using existing templates to create graphics in Canva
* Updating text in Adobe InDesign documents and exporting to PDFs
* Adding/deleting people from customer's CRM system
* Importing people from an Excel spreadsheet, removing duplicates, merging records, etc.

You will be using the following online/desktop programs/platforms:

* Gmail
* Facebook
* Instagram/IGTV
* YouTube
* LinkedIn
* WordPress
* Airtable
* Canva
* Adobe InDesign
* Adobe Lightroom
* Microsoft Excel

Job Requirements

You MUST have the following:

* A STABLE Internet connection - absences due to Internet outages will NOT be paid
* Be able to work between the hours of 9am-9pm Pacific Standard Time (1am-1pm Philippine Time)
* Your own computer
* Some experience with the WordPress back-end
* Some experience with Microsoft Excel
* Attention to detail - each step of a procedure must be followed PERFECTLY
* Excellent English - not fluent, but very, very good!
