AR Accountant

Century 21 Northwest Realty in Seattle, Washington is looking for experienced, capable, confident and aggressive accountants who can complete projects quickly and effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accounts Receivable -- Invoicing
• Accounts Receivable -- Collections
• Work with Clients about disputes / charges on accounts
• Work with the collections agency on Agents / Customers that do not pay


To be considered for this role, you will need:
• Graduate of college in Accounting or the like
• Must have strong knowledge in US Accounting and Taxation
• Knowledgeable in accounting software like Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, Brokerwolf
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• With excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Working knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Working Hours: 9am - 6pm PST
• Must have a reliable internet connection
• Must have a minimal power outage
• Must be willing to use time tracker
