Virtual Assistant

I am looking for someone that is great at getting people on the phone, qualifying them for what I am selling, and scheduling appointments on my virtual calendar. I need someone to make ---------- calls per week. On average I can make 20-25 calls per hour so this should take make assistant around 5-6 hours a week. I will pay $120 a month. Any appointments scheduled that I close (signed service agreement) I will pay an additional bonus of $5.00.
