Sales Associates

The Sales Associate works closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions and recommend the right products, while maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude at all times.

Responsibilities:

Takes care of day to day and overall store operations
Demonstrates good product knowledge by discussing the features and benefits of various products
Communicates product features in relation to the customers' needs
Maintains good relationship with clients through regular communication of product updates and promos
Handles difficult clients with patience and courtesy
Manages merchandising and product displays
Performs actual physical inventory monitoring
Adheres to all established policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills that can adapt to all types of customers
Excellent organization and time management skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Maginhawa St., Quezon City
Applicants must be willing to work during the store hours of 2:00 - 10:00 PM.
Applicants must be computer literate and willing to learn new platforms
Previous experience in retail is an advantage
