Hi All,

First thanks for reading this post, we are an Australian Company based in Melbourne, we service retail market in Australia and New Zealand. I created this company about 10 years, ago, we believe in good relationship with people and look forward to working with you.

We mainly in the business of distributing Smart Home Products to retail network, most of our calls comes from Stores and also individual customers.

For you to apply, you need to have
1- Good English communication over the phone, a Skype Meeting will be needed for that.
2- Good Communication skills,
3- Have experience with Phone Support.


This job provide a great opportunity for you to learn new Systems such as SalesForce (CRM ), Unleashed (Warehouse Management Software), and others

We need a hero who can make customers happy over the phone and also help us with our daily and weekly reports.

You will be in charge of below.

1- Phone Answering to answer basic information about our products, ETAs, Stock availability, update CRM with the called Case Details.
2- Daily administrations work, mainly reports submitted in Excel format regarding our Sales Data from our Retailers.
3- Check order status with our warehouse using Unleashed System. Daily Checks includes things like making sure orders are processed and shipped,
4- Communicating with our Clients and seek feedback about the service provided.
5- Other tasks as needed.
