Our growing company currently has an awesome opportunity available for the ideal person to take on the role of MAGENTO Expert.

Important: This job is not for everyone.

SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelors degree
2-3 years experience developing in PHP
At least 1 year experience working with Magento
Strong database administration skills including MySQL
Fundamental understanding and working knowledge of APIs and Magento's available web services
Excellent understanding of Javascript (ability to use frameworks or write custom for specific cases)
In depth understanding of Magento's template system and multi-store structure
Strong CSS/HTML skills and ability to execute prototype designs
Experience tracking metrics and actions in Google Analytics and other sales tracking platforms.
Salesforce/ZenDesk administration not required but a plus.
System administration and general tech support experience not required but a plus.
Excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You are extremely self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage workloads.
You have the ability to juggle multiple projects + tasks efficiently.
Organization. It’s your middle name.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Work with the marketing and sales team to define, prototype and create e-commerce initiatives.
Maintain Magento-based website, updating core site as well as extensions as necessary.
Devise roadmaps for new site functionality including the evaluation of adopting and editing existing extensions vs the in-house creation of custom extensions.
Use MySQL to generate human-readable reports for marketing and sales departments.
Assist in the creation of A/B tests on web and email marketing campaigns.
Be the point-person for various web integrations and partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fast & Reliable Internet: You have your own computer and high-speed Internet connection
- You can Speak, Read and Write well in English
- Able to work from home without distractions
- Skype: Can communicate via this method and should be online all throughout entire work shift
- PayPal Account: You have or can set up your own PayPal account
- Eager to Learn New things
- Fast Learner & Open to be trained in other skills
