This critical position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain an exceptional attitude, joyfully serve others and shares our belief that people come first.

Qualifications:

- Has performed at least 50-100 BPOs and can prove it
- Works efficiently and in a timely manner on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision
- Customer service or administrative experience in the real estate industry is preferred
- Proficiency in ALL Google Apps as well as Word, Excel, CRMs and Internet skills
- Must be computer literate and able to easily pick up on using new software easily
- Should be empathetic to customer issues and strive to improve relationships
- Must have experience working in the BPO industry in the past
- This is a graveyard shift position and must have worked the graveyard shift recently
