Hiring very flexible graphic / web designer

I'm looking for a very flexible designer to work on an hourly basis for my marketing agency, clients, and software companies.

You must have fantastic communication, be able to match existing design work, and also come up with original branding based on your own design briefs

When applying, please include specific examples of each of the following or you won't be considered:

- Software app UI/UX
- Branding & logo (please including your process for defining branding)
- Facebook & Instagram ads
- Pinterest Pins
- Website design
- Various web graphics
- T-shirts & merch

This will start out as hourly project work, but as you are successful, has the potential to increase to a more consistent part time or full time capacity after proven as a quality and flexible designer, as well as a great communicator and team player.
