RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Job Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or equivalent
Minimum one (1) year progressively responsible experience in Staffing and Recruiting, sourcing specifically in high volume, Mass hiring, staffing agency
Organizational and planning skills; ability to multi-task; attention to detail; ability to produce quality results
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while managing internal customer expectations and resetting accordingly
Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and email software (preferably Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,).
willing to do field work
willing to start ASAP.
