Social Media & Virtual Assistant - High level English required

You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create instructions for you.

Your Priority Tasks are:
-Daily Admin
-Social Media, Google Ads
-Photoshop / Premier
-Email Management
-Updating Excel Spreadsheets
-Website Management
-Creating Documents
-Other errands

Pay is TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

I am looking for a full-time employee

Perks:
-You can work whenever you want.  You will not have to wake up or work at any given time, however, the general admin must be done every day (Monday-Friday). There will be a short meeting every Monday at a time TBD, and the current week's social media schedule must be created following this meeting.
-I will pay you a salary but if you want/need to work extra hours you will get paid.
-Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let me know.
-Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job I will give you a raise and bonuses.

About Me:
I own Surge Squash Performance which is a squash coaching company in Melbourne, Australia. I also manage the social media pages of 6 sporting brands.  You will be the sole Virtual Assistant unless the demand increases and a second VA is required.
