Graphic required for pull up banner

I'm looking for a graphic designer to create a graphic which will be used on a pull up banner, dimensions of the banner are:

800mm x 1200mm

I will provide the images and copy for the banner and you will provide the banner in png and pdf formats.

I always require graphics for my digital marketing agency so if you are good then there will be more normal web graphics work for you.

Here's just some of the criteria that this person would meet:

- Has their own computer and reliable highspeed Internet
connection.

- Speaks, Reads, and Writes excellent English.

- Can use Skype and has a good quality mic.

- Has a PayPal account.
