JOB OVERVIEW

Hello!

I own a couple of businesses, am starting another and I need an Executive Assistant to take a few tasks off my plate.

This is quite possibly a longer posting than you may be expecting to see and I think you’ll understand why as you read through it.

I need a Full Time VA to assist me and my various business interests and need someone with solid English speaking, reading & writing skills, general layouts of both printed & email newsletters and is web-savvy. You’ll need to know your way around Microsoft Word & Excel as well as be a quick learner (I currently use Mailchimp, memberpress and vimeo with the new business). A portion of the job will include formatting transcripts to be published, so understanding and writing English skills are a must.

Additionally, I would like to hire someone who can organize content and information as it relates to by business interests. Our primary business is Real Estate investments & coaching other Real Estate professionals.

Some other tasks may include: Researching, writing and managing blogs and posts to my site, dealing with my limited social media in a consistent way. Email management and monitoring various emails for open items and tasks and other admin related things to support me in my role as Founder, Coach, Mentor, Author & Thought ---------- put data into CRM, manage various projects and keep everyone informed of progress.

Please include your resume, some samples of your work (office - document related) and please let me know your favorite lunch foods and who you would want to have lunch with. For example: I love chicken salad sandwiches and french fries and would love to share it with Dan Kennedy (author, speaker, copywriter and business consultant).

The first task I need assistance with is a uploading content to my members only site. I create the content, usually a video. I then send the video to temi to get transcribed. You would have to read through the transcription and edit it as well as format it so it looks professional. Then the video and transcription (I refer to them as Masterclasses in Print) are uploaded to the membership site for the members to access.

I keep most documents in Dropbox so they are easily accessible.

I have used Trello in the past and can set up an account for us to use if that would be ---------- munication is a really big thing for me. I expect you to be open and honest with me at all times and I promise to do the same with you.

I’m looking for someone full time and who has an excellent grasp of the English language.

Naturally there will be more tasks for you to do, but this is one that I’d like to start with.

You must:
Be a Team Player (this will important as the businesses grow and I will need to add more great people to the Team),

Plan, organize, schedule and budget in an efficient, productive manner. Focusing on key priorities,
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Have a good working knowledge of Google docs, calendar, etc.,
Take pride in your work and what you do,
Look forward to taking on more responsibilities,
Be creative, and
Be a problem-solver and enjoy a challenge

As you can tell, I need someone who enjoys learning and growing (personally and professionally) in this position.
