Financial/Data Admin

* Candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Project Admin and Corporate Financial Team Daily to track Project Data
* Candidate will work with Corporate Financial Team and Customer Financial Team to ensure PO assignment and Invoicing Daily for work completed
* Candidate will work with Employees to ensure submission of Pre and Post Deliverable's completion of work assigned Daily to Employees
* Candidate will ensure Pre and Post Deliverable's are reviewed and submitted into Customer Portal for review and approval Daily
* Candidate will track and upload data daily into Company Portal for Corporate Office Tracking
* Other duties will be added based on Customer and Company need
