Amazon Advertising API Software Development

We are an advertising agency that manages advertising accounts for Amazon Sellers. We perform many different formulas with different parameters in each formula via Excel macros. However, we'd like to transition over to having an actual website/software solution that communicates directly with Amazon API to perform these actions.

I am not very knowledgeable about the software side of any of this, but I can provide detailed step by step instructions on what each formula should be able to do. I also have a reference website that we can use to help guide what the end result is I'm looking for.

What I'd like to know about you is:

1. What similar projects have you undertaken?
2. Do you have any experience with Amazon and/or Amazon's Advertising API?
3. Not required but, are you capable of also creating Excel macros which we can fall back on if the website/software ever fails?
