Wordpress Web designer Graphic Artist and Coder.

We need an excellent designer to build wordpress sites and make updates and modifications to existing ones. A good graphic designer as well would be a plus. You must be able to create a site from a photoshop file. Excellent CSS and PHP knowledge and experience are a must.
