Search graphic designer for a long time

I am looking for a graphic designer who can communicate well in English and who is creative. You should have good knowledge of Illustrator or Photoshop and be a hardworking person. The designs are only for T-shirt platforms and may not be stolen due to the copyright law. I give you small guidelines on how I want the designs and you have to create beautiful designs from them. As an application I would like to have about 3 pictures of you, which you create individually according to my specifications. I would also like to learn something about you personally and something about your previous knowledge.
