Hours/Days/Time:
40 hours a week
5 days Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm Sydney NSW Time Zone
Virtual Location

Set salary in USD $125 paid weekly via PayPal.

You receive All Public Holidays in NSW, Australia - 12 days total. An additional 2 weeks each year, which includes compulsory shut down over Christmas.
13 Month Bonus - equivalent to 1 months pay. Paid the week before Christmas. Paid pro-rata for first ---------- pany Description

After significant growth this year we have decided to bring in a permanent staff member to help with all the day to day jobs.

Job Description

Sales Support,
Receive in bound phone calls from customers and our own sales team
Process sales orders - order entry, communicate with warehouse
Make out bound phone calls following up orders
Manage emails regarding sales inquiries and orders

Accounts Support,
Follow up customer invoices and payments
Phone customers to request payments
Accounts receivable processing

Requirements
Business/ Accounting qualification
Fluent English - written and spoken
Fast internet with 5mps minimum
Computer with i5 processor
Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel

Valued Experience
Working in a family business
Working for a wholesaler that supplies independent retailers
Working with Australians
