B2B - Cold Caller / Lead Generation

Hiring two full time Sales Rep Cold caller for Local lead generation agency. Must speak fluent English and be willing to work hard. Pay is $3.00 USD an hour but have $100-$500 bonuses and raises based on performance. 40 hours per week usually from 10am CT to 6pm CT Monday through Friday. Must have prior experience with cold calling/sales. Dialer experience preferred but not required. We are looking for four highly motivated individuals to add to our team! Position Description:
Cold calling B2B leads for med Spa, Waxing, Yoga, Cryotherapy, Oil change, Dentist, ---------- tting appointments
Following up on leads

An ideal candidate should have the following :

* High energy & Self motivated
* Great organizational skills .
* Able to identify and use pain points.
* Persistence & doesn’t give up easily.
* Enjoys talking to people.
* Not discouraged from a no.
* Is not afraid of rejection.
* Possesses leadership skills & team lead experience
* Must be coach-able and willing to learn.
* Confident on the phone.

Requirements:
* Attendance and being on time daily is mandatory
* Someone that can speak fluent English with minimal accent.
* Efficient with note taking
* Experience using dialers is A MUST!
* Experience using Salesgenie, Linkedin, hunter.io, yelp, zoominfo etc

Tech Requirements:
* High Speed Internet (preferably 20 mbs or higher)
* Computer with fast processor
* High quality headset with mic for calls
