Type of Position: Full Time

Working Hours: Standard Office Hours London, UK Time Zone

Reports to: Sales Director

Based: Working from Home

Remuneration & Commissions: [Depending on Experience]

Job Overview: To carry phone calls, to set appointments with leads that are warm from the company's structured marketing campaign. You will use the company’s existing databases, to identify which leads are warm, and convert them into hot leads by setting an appointment to be conducted either at our office, or on a Zoom Call

Personality: Self-driven, objective-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on
high quality and net bottom line profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, credible, integral and comfortable in dealing with people from all walks of life.

Skills Required:

• Excellent, Fluent Advanced English with neutral accent.

• Solution/Consultative selling - able to communicate value, guiding the customer to purchase products via verbal communication over the telephone.

• Must be an excellent telephone communicator

• Ideal background would be in financial sales, experience in financial trading education courses would be a key advantage

• IT/Computer: Must be adept in use of Microsoft Word & Excel

• MetaTrader 4/Trading Knowledge (Advantage)

• Ontraport CRM (Advantage)

Daily Reporting/Accounting:

• You would be expected to report your progress twice a day at 1pm UK Time and 5pm UK Time summarising your progress for the day as well as any queries/issues you have encountered.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect spreadsheet – which will track the number of conversations from lead to appointment made,
• Make a minimum of 60 calls per day, and 300 calls per week, ideally resulting in 100 conversations, and 6-10 interested parties for an appointment per week.
• Speak to existing clients, to move them further down our funnel, to generate interest in new and existing offers.
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries from other marketing channels and generate appointments.
• Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and sales skills.
• To undertake any additional duties as the role might require.

Technical Requirements:

• Must have High speed internet (ideally Fibre Optic) to be capable of making outbound Skype and ---------- calls to clients, should be able to send and receive small files (upto 10mb)
• Must be in a quiet environment to ensure professional and undisturbed calls: Headset with Noise cancellation feature is essential.
• Ideally a phone line, from which you are able to make and receive calls from what will be a London Based Landline, and UK Mobile or alternative VOIP Solution.

** Must have Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken **
This is a permanent full-time position with our company for the right person.

All of the required software will be provided to the successful candidate. Salary and commissions can increase depending on Experience.
