Amazon PPC expert

We are looking for an expert in Amazon PPC. Please do not apply if you have not managed successful PPC accounts in the past. We are looking for someone who is excited about optimizing a large PPC account and work daily on bringing down ACOS and increasing sales.

Paid ads on amazon are becoming more and more complex. We have 100s of campaigns and need an expert to manage all of our ads/bids/campaigns and strategize for best results. We are looking for someone who wants to come on full time to help build or brands with a vision.

Please explain a few of the latest PPC strategies that you find have been working well for your previous (or current) accounts.
