Web Design for Prestashop 1.7 Version

We are looking for an experienced web designer for our newly migrated site from 1.6 to 1.7 version of Prestashop. Applicant should be able to communicate via Skype during Pacific Standard time business hours of 8am to 6pm ---------- will also be ok to communicate during off hours, but should be available during business hours for scheduled meetings.
