SEO Assistant

Veteran SEO consultant seeking help with building and linking assets. You will be given a workflow with instructions and guidance for building groups of Google docs, sheets, slides, pages, calendars, rss mashups, YouTube livestreams and ---------- would be preferred if you were already familiar with the concept of Google property stacks but not required.

You will be shown how to do everything but you should already be comfortable with things such as:

- Familiar with at least some concepts of keyword topics for search
- Page building with simple builders like Google sites and Weebly.
- Supporting content creation (offsite filler content, not site content)
- YouTube setup
- Video creation with tools such as Content Samurai and similar
- Working with different document types such as sheets, docs, slides, etc.
- Embedding assets like videos, maps, other documents, etc.
- Google My Maps creation
- Google My Business posts
- RSS mashups
- Soundcloud posting
- Good account creation
- IFTTT
- Twitter

Personal Qualities Needed:

- Dependable and reachable during U.S. business hours
- Work and activity logging
- Stable and fast internet connection capable of supporting voice calls over skype
- Comfort with fluent native level English
- Talent for figuring things out with little or no assistance
- Ability to work long hours of tedious tasks
- Detail oriented
- Fast worker
- Organized and detailed with note taking
- Good listener and communicator with talent for understanding context, point and intent of a conversation.
- You should not be frequently sick or missing due to some family situation.

Strict Requirements:

Ghosting / disappearing without explanation is not permitted and will result in a negative review on job site. If there is a typhoon resulting in internet outages, we need you to make every effort to get word to us as soon as possible through alternate channels. For example, can you call a friend or family member in an area that has internet service and ask them to email a quick message? Or could you get an email to us through a cell provider that wasn't affected? Disappearing for a week or more without messaging would result in suspension or termination.

All we ask is that you do everything in your power to keep in touch with us rather than simply disappearing. We have had many VA's in the Philippines and have had great success and many good working relationships. We are sensitive to your needs and happy to be flexible for holidays, etc. as long as you plan and work with us to keep communication impeccable.
