Looking for VA - Expert in Social Media

I'm looking for a VA, social media expert (facebook, twitter, pinterest) that can work with me and the designer.

You need to be very creative and think about new ideas.

You need to know how to search and make a research in the internet to find good ideas.

You need to know how to manage facebook pages.

The job require 6 days a week - 8-10 hours a day (but depends on your achievement)

You need to have extremely good English, management skills, creativity and to be able to finish the work in time.

Advantage - If you understand in facebook ads/media buying, and did it before please write that and explain.
If you know how to build squeeze pages and work with AR's please mention that also.
