Real estate investor cold caller

JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a top-performing Inside Sales Agent (ISA) for a real estate investment company who can work flexibly and comfortably in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will reach out to leads and get them excited about selling or buying a house, and may also respond to incoming calls from leads returning phone calls.

To be considered in this position the candidate must have the following:

Strong sales-closing skills
•US real estate experience/background (must have ample understanding of the process, and basic real estate terms)
•Sales experience
•Excellent English speaking skills and accent
•Knows how to handle objections
•Knows how to generate, manage, and maximize opportunities and provide accurate information in our CRM
