Marketing Assistant for a Dynamic Internet Marketing Business

General Overview

My name is Jo Barnes. My business is teaching newbies how to create a business online. Having sold my offline business in March this year, it is my goal to create a membership site by April 2011, which will be launched at an event I will be organising in the UK during this month.

Between now and next April, I wish to build my database of customers to 20,000 and I require someone dedicated and focused to help me do this.

I’m focusing primarily on article marketing, video marketing and facebook as a means of growing the list. But I will also be partaking in JV Giveaways, adswaps and joint ventures to really accelerate the growth.

Person Profile

The person I am looking for wants a full time 40+ hours a week career and will give me 100% of their efforts in helping me achieve my goal. With skills in social bookmarking, online networking, forum marketing, blogging, backlinking, article submission, keywords, tags, social media and an EXCELLENT command of the English language – particularly written English, this person will be rewarded for excellent work.

The person I’m looking for will need to become an online version of me, so will need to read my articles, profiles, my ebook and have conversations with me to understand the type of person I am.

Social Bookmarking

Go through the list of sites the blog is bookmarked at and create profiles, content, subscriptions, friends and regular activity on the top 5/10

You Tube

Manage my Channel, regularly creating friends, subscribing to other channels and commenting on popular videos – also helping me with a new traffic generation strategy

Forum Marketing

Post on selected Forums daily with interesting and relevant comments and answers. Searching for and adding new and relevant forums where applicable.

Blog Marketing

Visiting high profile relevant blogs and linking to my blog and posting interesting and relevant comments

Back-Linking

Creating back links to all my videos and high profile articles. Set up squidoo, hubpages, etc etc.

Article Submission

Manage my articles, submitting to the highest converting sites and regularly testing and measuring for the best conversion rates. Creating a spreadsheet or database to manage articles to record where submitted, conversion stats etc to ensure no duplicates and all unique content is used.

Facebook

Create and manage my facebook fan page, ensuring up to date with relevant and interesting content and latest videos, articles etc

General

All other SEO/high leverage tasks required to generate traffic to blog / squeeze pages
