UI/UX Designer

We are looking for talented, independent and passionate UI/UX designers to join our amazing team. A dynamic UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. The UI/UX designer must be able to work with/communicate with our Project Manager and create a great end-product together. You should have experience in the development of specific graphics from scratch and be able to use the Adobe Suite as well as Sketch with originality and dedication.

The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

This is a full time job that requires a commitment..

UI UX Designer Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years’ UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Axure PR, MockFlow
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiar with one or more Web/Mobile UI Design framework, such as Element UI, Ant
- Design, Google Material Design, etc.
- Problem-solving skills
- Outstanding creativity
- Ability to work methodically on more than one assignment at a time and respect deadlines
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

UI UX Designer Responsibilities:

- Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, UX designers.
- Contribute in Design Process, including but not limited to wireframes, prototypes, style guides
- Convert UX Design work (majorly interactive wireframe & Prototypes ) into High fidelity Visual graphic interface
- Design other webpage or component as needed for front end development.
- Contribute in other graphic design work including but not limit to: logo design, marketing material design etc.
- Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
- Other duties as requested.
