We are looking for an Optimization Specialist to join our ever-growing team of SEO professionals. With clients ranging from small businesses to enterprises, you will be tasked with optimizing client sites fully based on our auditor.
Key Responsibilities:
The SEO Specialists key job responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing strategies to improve the organic rankings and search traffic across client websites
- On-site optimization related to page titles, URLs, redirects, internal link structures, SEO copy editing, sitemaps review/maintenance. Measure and report results
- Developing and implementing external link building strategies. Track effectiveness of strategies
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on SERP rank, traffic, engagement and conversions
- Ongoing keyword research and competitive analysis to identify and discover new targeting keywords and explore content strategy
- Executing strategies for content development and landing pages in coordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific
- Providing SEO analysis and recommendations on the structure of websites and web pages
- Implementing and tracking UTMs for all marketing campaigns (i.e. digital ads,
- Tracking, analyzing and reporting on website analytics to clients using tools such as Google Analytics
Candidate Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for B2B and B2C preferred
- Understanding of SEO guidelines, analysis, tracking/reporting tools, algorithms, ranking factors
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Expertise in Google Search Console
- Experience working with WordPress sites & other CMS's
- Experience working with technical SEO tools
- Have a working knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, and other programming languages as they relate to SEO
- Excellent time management. Google G-Suite and communication skills
- Strong team player, willing to pitch in wherever needed
