Creative TShirt designer

Dear Designer,

my name is Markus and I live in Austria (Europe).
I need two creative designers who have experiences in the TShirt Business (Photoshop preferred).
I am also interested in your skills in handlettering or in some kind of vintage ---------- rmally we will give you some trends or niches where we need certain TShirts and you should be creative enough to give us cool, modern and unique designs!

I am honestly interested in a long term cooperation with you.

I am willing to pay two Eur/design if they are really ok. Bonus and a higher rate per design possible if we have good sales ---------- violating of copyrigths, trademarks, no stealing!
