JOB OVERVIEW

Looking to add a full time, highly motivated customer service agent to our Upgrade to see actual infotomotive OR powersports/motorsports parts experience is REQUIRED. You will need a good understanding of vehicles such as dirt bikes, ATV's, and UTV's in order to answer customers calls effectively.

Tasks will include replying to customers emails, answering all inbound calls, handling returns, handling order issues, calling suppliers for order issues, listening to calls to create FAQ's, and escalating complex issues to management.

Experience with Asana, shipstation, gmail, ring central, slack, and dropbox is highly recommended.

We will provide hands on training via screen share/phone calls to walk you through all of our processes. Training will be part time from 10 - 20 hours per week until you are able to handle the job tasks without much assistance, at which point full time will begin which will be from 9-5pm M-F EST
