We are looking for a rockstar customer service agent for our Shopify store. We sell live plants so if you like plants that's a great asset.
You will provide support through the following:
- Customer support tickets through Gorgias (similar to zendesk)
- Respond to customers in
- respond to customers through
- Create reshipments/refunds as needed through Shipstation
- Fulfill orders on Oberlo
If you are interested, we will pay you up to $15,000 php per month to start and it will increase after 1 month if you are a true rockstar.
We will pay you every week for the first 2 weeks (as a show of good faith). This will change to monthly payments once we offer you the position.
You will work 40 hours per week to start.
You will work 9am to 5pm in the morning Canadian time (EST) Monday through Friday if possible.

Finally, I will ask you to do a trial shift (which I will pay you for). If it works well, you will begin immediately.
