Premium Handmade Drawings

We are looking for new, motivated and talented Designers to complete our Team and establish a long-term partnership.

Requirements:
• All Designs are drawn by Hand (no Vector Usage or Pixel Copies from other Designs) You do your own designs and you start them by sketch with a Pen! You are most likely to be given a concept with instructions and have to draw a Design based on those information. Those Designs should be very detailed and high quality. You’ll be expected to put in a lot of work to create a proper, very detailed Premium Design that exceeds the Quality of the Standard Designs by far.
• Excellent Knowledge with Photoshop / Illustrator or any other related Software
• Good Knowledge in Trademark and Copy Right (Don’t do Disney or Marvel Designs :P)
• Great English Skills – Both for the Designs and the Communication
• A very good feeling for Fonts, Text and Calligraphy (Ideally you know a thing or two about Calligraphy and can create your own Fonts.) It’s not a Requirement though. However you have to have a good understanding of how to arrange different Text Elements and Fonts on a Design.
• A Dropbox Account (for the Design Exchange)
• A Responsible work Attitude (We trust you and won’t double check on everything you do – That said, we expect honesty and reliability from all our Designers. This is mutual for us. We demand it from you and you can expect it from us in return.

• A fixed Payment of 30$ per Design
