JOB OVERVIEW

We have been around for 5 years selling digital marketing courses, implementing digital marketing packages, and building software tools. So we have a lot of personal & client marketing funnels (Clickfunnels), email marketing, content creation, Landing page design, copywriting, etc.


Join a thriving team of people who care about there people. This will be the first marketing virtual assistant we’ve hired. We want to build with you.

Because we have so many courses, A software company, and Client projects/offers that need funnels, we need someone that can help our CMO with the tasks of launching our marketing campaigns. So the most important skill you can have is strong communication and organization skills to be on top of your email, basecamp (our project management system), and Slack (how we primarily communicate).

Please include all of your skills and the tools you know how to use. The main tools we use for work are Clickfunnels, Manychat, Infusionsoft, Facebook business manager, etc.

As you get better-- doing better quality work, demonstrating you can coordinate with teammates, and increasing your skills, we'll pay you more. Most of our teammates started at Level 1 making a few dollars an hour and some are now making over $40/hour after 4 years with us.

We will train you to become a better marketer.
We believe attitude is more important than current skills since we hire for the long term.

You must have strong written English

To show us you can communicate. You can prepare by writing bullets, but do not read the words to your camera. We're looking for communication skills, not the lighting or how nice your hair is.

We prefer someone who has experience managing a team, but we'll train up a junior person, too.

- We want you to be well rounded because we do a lot of things. We'll be hiring more people for specific tasks, so we plan to build a team underneath you over-time.

- You don't need to be amazing at all of these things. The primary role we need right now is Clickfunnels funnel building and copywriting. We want to give you an offer, and you build a marketing funnel that's ready to run traffic to and convert new customers.
