We are a European company looking for a home based customer service/virtual assistant full time for a longterm commitment.
Responsibilities
- Online screen monitoring (good internet connection at home required)

- Maintenance visit planning / Coordination
- weekly reporting preparations
- management of ticketing and statuses
- Other adhoc tasks assigned to the role
Skills
- Computer Skills (microsoft word, excel etc)
- Online support experience (i.e logmein etc)
- Customer support and satisfaction
- Excellent English speaking and writing
- Cold calling experience is a plus but not required
- Working hours ( 40 hours)
wednesday 6 hours - gmt 12pm - 6pm
thursday 6 hours - gmt 12pm - 6pm
friday 8 hours - gmt 12am- 8pm
saturday 10 hours - gmt 10am- 8pm
sunday 10 hours - gmt 10am- 8pm
