Looking for a customer service assistant to answer tickets for our product. The product goes live on January and you will be given proper training. The job is up to 3 months.
We are looking for someone full-time and you can't have any other jobs while working on our project.
Monday to Friday : 8 hours per day
Sat & Sun : 3 hours per day
Total hours per week required : 46 hours
We are looking for someone experienced in customer service - answering customer tickets. Having previous experience related to software customer service will be an advantage.
