This job requires the candidate to be capable of making cold calls to prospects utilizing a mojo dialer. The intend is to qualify people interested in selling their house(s) and setup an appointment (call) with me to talk further. You will be required to screen the prospect of whether they are selling the house, if so, gather details of their house.
You will be provided with the following:
- Mojo dialer
- List & phone numbers to call
- Script
- Training on how to approach prospects
Job Duties (Required Metrics to Meet Weekly)
- Cold call for 6 hours everyday on weekdays
- Qualify prospects and setup appointment with the leads
- This will be a full-time 30 hrs a week job, where you will be required to work from 1 pm - 7 pm EST for a potential of at least a month if you meet expectations. At
Experience
- Cold calling (telemarketing)
- Generating home owners leads wanting to sell their house (preferred but not necessary)
- General understanding of real estate market in the U.S.
- Excellent english speaking skills (Required)
- Ability to build rapport with prospects and not sound like a robot (Required)
Growth Potential
- This is a long-term position. As you learn, grow and implement your skills, there will be further positions you can move up to.
$3-$4/ Hour rate.
